• IS Project Management
  This certificate is designed for anyone involved in or affected by IT projects; this extends to users, buyers and directors. It provides an understanding of the principles of project management, including planning, monitoring and control, change management, risk management and communication between project stakeholders.
• Programme and Project Support Office Essentials
  This certificate has been developed from the support team's perspective and contributes towards the status and professionalism of PPSO staff. It is aimed at those new to PPSO work who will be operating at a relatively junior level.
