Intermediate Certificate

This certification provides candidates with an introduction to the Code along with guidance on how to apply best practice and examples of implementation.

Who is this aimed at?

Anyone who works within a data centre environment, this includes: managers, operators, design consultants, technicians, engineers, IT purchasers, IT architects, IT consultants, and CSR or environmental champions.

What are the entry requirements?

None. Training with a BCS accredited training provider is recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour ‘open book’ (EU Code of Conduct Best Practice Guidelines document only - no other reading material allowed)
  • 25 multiple choice questions
  • Pass mark is 60% (15/25)
