This Foundation certificate will give you an understanding of the content and requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 20000: IT service management, and the relationship with linked ISO standards and ITIL best practices.
Anyone who requires knowledge and understanding of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and its content. It does not provide advanced knowledge external auditors, consultants or implementers may require.
At least two years IT service management experience or hold the IT Service Management Foundation certificate.

Exam fees for public sittings must be paid a minimum of four weeks prior to the exam date by cheque (payable to BCS), Visa, Access or MasterCard.
