Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2®) is a process-based approach for project management that is recognised as an international standard. Candidates will gain knowledge and understanding of the benefits of adopting PRINCE2, its roles, purpose, principles and context.

Who is this aimed at?

Project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members, Team Managers, Business Change Analysts, Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers / staff.

What are the entry requirements?

None. Training with a BCS accredited training provider is recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour ‘closed book’
  • 60 multiple choice questions
  • Pass mark is 55% (33/60)
