Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)

Foundation certificate

Following a best practice guide on Programme Management, the MSP framework is based on three core concepts: principles, governance themes and transformational flow. This certificate provides an understanding of the key principles, terminology and concepts within the MSP guidance.

Who is this aimed at?

Programme office team members, business change team members, project delivery team members, anyone who needs to understand the terminology and concepts underpinning MSP.

What are the entry requirements?

None. Training with a BCS accredited training provider is recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour ‘closed book’ 
  • 75 multiple choice questions (of which 5 are trial and not counted in scores)
  • Pass mark is 50% (35/70)
