Management of Portfolios (MoP)

Foundation certificate

Portfolio management is a coordinated collection of strategic processes and decisions that together enable the most effective balance of organisational change and business as usual. Candidates will learn about the principles, practices, techniques, and organisational context within which portfolio management operates.

Who is this aimed at?

Those involved in a range of formal and informal portfolio management roles. It is also relevant to anyone involved in the selection and delivery of business change initiatives.

What are the entry requirements?

None. Training with a BCS accredited training provider is recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour ‘closed book’ 
  • 50 multiple choice questions
  • Pass mark is 50% (25/50)
