Foundation certificate

Aligned to PRINCE2, MSP and M_o_R this is a Best Management Practice that brings together a set of principles, processes and techniques in one place, facilitates effective portfolio and programme management. Candidates will learn about the key principles and terminology within the P3O guidance and the processes, tools and techniques used.

Who is this aimed at?

Members of offices within a P3O model or anyone who needs to understand the terminology and concepts underpinning P3O.

What are the entry requirements?

None. Training with a BCS accredited training provider is recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour ‘closed book’ 
  • 75 multiple choice questions (of which 5 are trial and not counted in scores)
  • Pass mark is 50% (35/70)
