Practitioner Certificate

This practitioner-level certificate in Software Asset Management gives professionals a robust understanding of key areas of IT Asset Management strategy including continuous service improvement, risk management and vendor management.

Who is this aimed at?

The target professionals are IT professionals experienced with IT and / or software asset management.

Roles include software asset managers, IT service managers, license managers and similar.

What are the entry requirements?

None.  2 years+ experience in software asset management is required.

Training with an accredited training provider is strongly recommended.

What format is the exam?

  • One hour
  • 40 multiple choice questions
  • Pass mark is 65% (26/40)

Simple non-programmable calculators can be used during paper based examinations (to be provided by the candidate). Candidates taking online examinations will have access to an on-screen calculator. No other calculators or mobile technology will be allowed into the examination.
