VeriSM™ - Service Management for the digital age

Plus Certificate

VeriSM is a service management approach that helps service providers to create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes.

It describes how an organisation can define its service management principles and then use organisational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.

The Plus Certificate forms a bridge into VeriSM™ and will build upon your existing service management certifications from most other recognised frameworks including ISO 20000, ITIL® and IT4IT, preparing you for service management for the digital age.

Who is this aimed at?

All professionals and organisations involved in delivering value to customers through the delivery, development, operation and / or promotion of services. VeriSM™ is designed to build upon fundamental service management skills and knowledge gained through VeriSM™ Essentials or another service management framework, to enable individuals to participate most effectively in a service organisation and to deliver value to the consumer. If you are completely new to service management - then you should choose VeriSM™ Essentials as your first certification.

What are the entry requirements?

Candidates wishing to take this VeriSM™ Plus Certificate must hold one or more of the following:

  • VeriSM™ Essentials Certificate
  • A current Foundation Certificate (or equivalent) from most other recognised service management frameworks

What format is the exam?

  • 30 minutes 'closed book'
  • 20 multiple choice questions
  • Pass mark is 65% (13/20)
